FTile hip related isssue for agilex devive

i have a project in which i instantiated ftile hip.
getting following error during logic generation .

Error(22627): Cannot find PTP adapter for the block pd_top_inst|ftile_top_0|ftile_subsys_link1|ftile_hip|ftile_hip|hip_inst|x_bb_f_ehip|x_bb_f_ehip_rx.

i am not able to get the exact issue.

any one familiar with issue and cause of the issue.
