Frequency of operation of M9K bram

Hi, Does anybody know where/how to find the operating frequency of a block ram? I particularly need M9K and M10K. I was not able to find them in the altera documentation. Kindly let me know if ...

It's really hard to say what's going wrong unless you also attach the RAM modules.

That said, the synthesis tool will usually print a message telling you why it was unable to infer a block RAM.
