FPGA with built-in ADC

Hi, Any one would provide me with a datasheet of any FPGA that has built-in ADC. Also what is the maximum speed and resolution that are available in any FPGA with internal ADC? Thanks

IIRC, no Altera FPGA has a built-in ADC.

Actel has some FPGA with built-in low speed ADCs.

Xilinx also has built-in ADC in the 7 families, up to 12 bits and 1 Msamples/s.

Some people have designed FGPA based ADCs, either using sigma delta or Wilkinson converters.
