Honored ContributorThere are footprints for Cadence tools here: http://www.altera.com/download/board-layout-test/pcb/pcb-cadence.html and for Mentor Graphics tools here: https://www.altera.com/download/board-layout-test/pcb/pcb-mentor-graphics.jsp
I'm not sure that any of them would work with EAGLE.
