FPGA packages for PCB design

Hi all, does anyone know if there is some sort of automatic tool for creation of EAGLE CadSoft - compatible libraries with Altera FPGAs? I've checked user contribution page on the EAGLE websit...

There are footprints for Cadence tools here: http://www.altera.com/download/board-layout-test/pcb/pcb-cadence.html and for Mentor Graphics tools here: https://www.altera.com/download/board-layout-test/pcb/pcb-mentor-graphics.jsp

I'm not sure that any of them would work with EAGLE.
