FPGA delay time for a single logic gate

Hi, I'm using FPGA EP3C40F484 in our project. Can somebody let me know the delay time for an inverter(7404) and D-latch(7474) respectively? Thanks, Limon

I think maybe you just need a fpga-based TDC function.
