FPGA cyclone4 and EPCS16

I am mew to this field. I am using cyclone 4 FPGA.I want to configure automatically when power up.So i found AS mode with EPCS16 and JTAG.As give on handbook ,i need maximum around 9 MB RAM.So i ...

EPCS8 does not exist.

It is EPCS1, 4 , 16, 64 or 128.

EPCS8 may not exist, but I have had sucsess using an 8 Mbit 3rd party serial flash.
