FPGA configuration time and PCIe secification

Has anyone used the PCIe interface of a Cyclone device while configuring it using the AS (active serial) scheme? I'm using a Cyclone IV device (EP4CGX30F484) and planning to use its PCIe interf...

I'll share it. I need to look at the code and see whether I'd finished it, I got distracted and was working on something else.

In your application, you want a MAX II plus QSPI Flash to configure a EP4CGX22, correct?

The only difference between PS and FPP is a shift-register. The controller handles both cases.
