Flash Memory Question

What do the nCS and the ASDI signals do on flash memory? I ma having trouble deciphering what they mean on the data sheet. Thank you Bill

I suppose you spole about serial flash memory like EPCS to configure FPGA

nCS : Active low Chip Select. Put '0' in order the flash memory to be "selected"

ASDI : Serial Data Input. Serial Data (synchronized with Dclk) to download to flash memory.
