FIT rate at different case temperatures

Hi there,

I am a student, doing reliability analysis of a board which has 3 Altera MAX 9000 CPLDs mounted on it. All of them operate at different temperatures. I need to calculate the FIT rate at various case temperatures. I looked through "Reliability report 52", but I do not understand how to calculate the FIT rate at different case temperatures. Please help.
