Honored ContributorThe incident was resolved - Altera support engineer pointed me to the following document (https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/pcn/pcn1502.pdf) explaining difference in the chip's look. There was no info regarding slight font change and body color difference, I assume these changes were accompanything plastic body manufacturing process and were not considered as significant to be documented.
