Question

Hi, I have a faulty parts that want to send back to Intel for FA. Please advise how could i proceed this? 
We have multiple units failed DDR3 Fail to Initialize. The issue was unable to solve after replaced the DDR3 components.
The path is directly link from FPGA to DDR3. The issue gone after replace FPGA.
