Hi Marco,

Have you checked session 9.9.3 page number 209, Here it states that the Transceiver Toolkit allows you to run the eye contour tests with the Eye Viewer tool for Stratix 10 H-Tile devices.

Maybe because of this the Eye Viewer option is disabled for Arria 10 devices.

You may see Eye Viewer option disabled from Transceiver Toolkit for Arria 10 devices from Quartus version 16.1.0 to the latest version.

For confirmation can you try with the steps given in the link?
