Export an emage from HSMC(on board) to Monitor!

Hi all!

I'm doing making the last component for my thesis,that is

I'm using board "Cyclone III video development system" it has two card HSMCs. My task how to export an image and display on Monitor of Computer!

Anyone made or any document which related to it, please offering for me because the time is near deadline!.
