1. Problem description: Data traffic issues on RX side of component (Bip8 errors RX side, Ch2)

2. Detected by: Customer field failure, failure confirmed by factory tests

3. Quantity Affected: 1 PCS

4. Failure Message: CARD FAILURE COMMUNICATION

5. Flex or Nokia analysis:

This unit failed in field at customer with “Card failure Communication” alarm. Flex factory tests confirmed the issue: card is raising this alarm because component U10 (ALC3-1AB310260004) has data traffic issues on the RX side (Bip8 errors, channel 2) . Component will be sent to supplier to retest it and analyze the issue.

Replacing the component solved the problem and card passed factory tests. Component will be sent to supplier to retest and analyze.
