ethernet mac availability in cyclone II devices

Hi,

is there any soft or hard EMAC is available in Cyclone ii devices.

In all valuation boards the altera or terasic have used DM9000A which is a controller with general processor interface.

can u suggest me to use another parts which are available in our resources.

    Altera has a "Triple Speed Ethernet" IP that you can use, or alternatively there is a MAC available on opencores.org. Both those MACs need an external PHY chip to connect to an Ethernet interface.
