Escalation for two no-response post about C10GFP

To whom it may concern,

A customer bought Intel C10GFP board from us, and has two technical questions about how to use the ATXPLL IP core、Reset Controller IP Core, the qts_pcie_sfp and the qts_fmc demo of C10GFP.
