Eps4sgx70df29i4n vccio

Hi,

I am using EPS4SGX70DF29I4N in my design.

1.

In the HandBook I read that I can connect 1.8v ,2.5v or 3.3v to the VCCIO.

I am using only 3.3v IOs.

But in the PowerPlay Early Power Estimator, in the IO sheet I saw that the VCCIO 2.5v need 6mA.

From what pin?

Do I have to connect 2.5V to one of the VCCIOs?

2.

To where should I connect the VREF pins?

To VCCIO of the banks or to GND?

If I need to connect it to VCCIO, do I need to put PullUp?
