EPCS4 controller problem

Hello, every one I'm using an Altera FPGA on my board. It is EP2C8Q208C7. I was programming my board using the .jic file with EPCS4 when the power was interrupted. Apter restarted my board, ...

Everything is ok now,

I configured directly the EPCS4 using Active serial. No problem with FPGA, may be the board does not work correctly because of wrong EPCS4 configuration.
