EPC1441PC8

EPC1441PC8, I am looking for an alternitive chip since this one is out of production. This is a repair job so it has to be a good replacement. I also thought I read that it is a SRAM and not an eprom....

    Hi bobbebob,
    as Altera configuration device of EPC1441 is obsolete then an alternative from Microchip/Atmel AT17LV family can be a solution for you. There is AT17LV512A device in plastic DIP8 package mentioned as EPC1441 alternative.
