    Hi,

By say two layers of mark, did you mean the one that indicates in the red box?

    Hi,

Can you confirm to me, which date code have the marks on the side of the body? Is it both devices?

Another one, could you give me lot number (second row from bottom) for both devices in order for us to proceed with the checking? The picture you give was unclear for the lot number written on the packaging.

    Regards,

    Aqid

    Hi,

Thank you for the clarification on the lot number. However, the lot number for Sample 1 is not exist in Intel system as per checked. Could you confirm back to me on your company's name as for us to check on the shipment history?

In addition, if you purchased Sample 1 and Sample 2 from distributor, could you provide me the distributor's name?

    Thank you.

    Hi Shu,

Just got updated, sample 2 lot number is a valid lot number. However, when we checking the details through our system, it is shown for different device family and packages. It is also a wrong lot number for the part you shown to me in the pictures.
