Any layout guide for EP4CE15M9I7N for DDR2 routing? As it's very small pintch 0.5mm, and we need to consider impedance match, it's not easy to route the trace. Any layout guide line? In the pin...

Thank you, you answered 50%. For 16 bit, there are 2 DQS even single end, but there is only 1 DQS pin assigned in pinout file, this is the other question.
