We have got the new FAR from customer and would like to return EP3C40F324C8N for FA. The problem is Leakage voltage 1.38V @ pin#U4 . Could you please review and provide me the FAR numner with ship to address? Thanks

New ContributorWe have only 1 pc failed and need to be return for FA.
The failure was confirm by our tester and becnch testing .
All FAULT signals connected with pinU4 of IC U5c, Measurement voltage has found 1.8 V leakage voltage always send out from IC U5 (CPU) We could suspect that the root cause may came from IC U5 on Eigen PCBA was damaged from.
Measured pin G of Q32 compare with the known good PBCA
Measured Failed PBCA always found leakage voltage 1.38V input triggering from the Eigen PCBA even if the PCBA has no any fault.
Could you please provide us the ship to address? then, we can return this ssupect part to you for further investigation.
