EP3C25 (Cyclone III) device in a 484-pin package

Are there any plans to provide the EP3C25 device in the FBGA 484-pin package.

    Hi there,

    there is no plan to support 3C25 in F484 - the gap will not be closed currently. But you never know, because Altera has recognized this as an issue, and may come up with it, as soon as there is a reasonable potential customer base.

    I can't see a technical reason to not doing so.
