The part description: CPLD MAX® 3000A Family 2.5K Gates 128 Macro Cells 129.9MHz 3.3V 100-Pin TQFP.
Will also attach Altera Datasheet of the Part Number.

After checking MAX 3000A device family, I found that these devices have been obsolete. Thus, we have limited information in the devices. EPM3128ATI100-7N not found in our system, is this a correct part number? Please be noted that Intel FPGA is compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863.
