EN23F0QI with selectable input power rails

In our design, there are two input power rails +12V/+5V.

The problem is there are total two different resistor setting for each power rail.

We want to automatically select each resistor setting by some control circuits as in attached image.

But the control circuits are toltally wrong in my example.

I am wondering, are there are some reference for my requriement?
