EMC compatibility and beam stability of hard copy ASICs

Is there a source of information describing the EMC-related differences of a) Altera FPGAs and b) Altera hard Copy ASICs ? Could HARDCOPY ASICs be considered to more more resistant against elec...

It sounds like you are concerned about single event upset. Searches on www.altera.com for "SEU" and "single event upset" return lots of hits.
