DSP Builder for university student

I'd like to have a look/experiment with DSP Builder for my university project but is there any free/web edition version of DSP Builder? or is this strictly licence only? I'm running Quartus web...

It is not time limited in any way.

You can also request licenses for components like FIR, NCO, etc. The university program is very nice :)
