DS-5 Debug error: Unable to connect to the device

Hello,

I have been following the workshop material from Arrow for SoC kits. (Here's the link: http://www.rocketboards.org/foswiki/documentation/arrowsockitevaluationboard#workshop_labs)

Everything is perfect until I get to DS-5.

I've attached a screenshot of the error I get when I try to debug. Under Debug configuration -> Connection, I do select Debug Cortex A9_0 via USB Blaster as the target and then select 'CV SoCKit on localhost [USB-1]:CV SoCKit USB-1' as Connection.

The fact that I see the option to choose Cyclone V as the target must mean I have the correct license file, right?

It says it is not able to connect to the device despite setting the connections. I do not understand why. Additional to this is the FLEXnet licensing error. Is there something I am overlooking here?

Has anyone faced this issue and gotten around it? Help please!
