Does Cyclone V device family supports reconfigurable PLL feature?

Hi all,

I want to know that does Cyclone V device family supports reconfigurable PLL feature.I have used reconfigurabel PLL to change the phase shift of the clock at run time in my design and when I perform analysis and synthesis,it gives me the error.I am getting the error only when I select cyclone V device family.For Cylcone III and Cyclone IV device, I am not getting any error.In handbook of Cyclone V device family,it is mentioned that it supports reconfigurable PLL feature.

I am using Quartus II v11.1 SP2.
