Does Cyclone 10 GX general-purpose support 1.434 Gbps differential SSTL-12?

The overview Cyclone 10 GX overview states that FPGA general-purpose I/Os support up to 1.434 Gbps LVDS. Does Cyclone 10 GX GPIOs support 1.434 differential SSTL-12? Thanks.
