DK-DEV-10M50-A development kit, rev C

Hello:

I purchased the development kit shown in the subject line, and downloaded Quartus II Web edition, revision 13.

Is there a reference design for this circuit?

I want to find the reference design, change the boot-up code to print "hello world hello", then expand my knowledge from there. I'm tending to go round in circles on this web site.

I have the collection of documents shown below.

I'll keep reading.
