difference between Stx V part numbers

What is the difference between 5SGXEA7K2F40C3NES and 5SGXEA7K2F40C3ES parts ? First part number has the "N" second one does not.

QII s/w does not list the "NES" device. Is it ok to use the latter part number (in other words are both of these functionally identical) ?

    The only difference is that the one with the N is lead-free, whereas the other one is leaded. Except for that, there is no functionnal difference between the two devices. Just be sure you are using the correct one depending on your soldering process.
