difference between EPM7128SLC84 and EPM7128SLI84

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two? It looks like the SLI doesn't have JTAG? My board doesn't seem to detect the SLI version but the SLC gets recognized fine. Relatively little informa...

postfix letter "I" and "C" refers to industrial versus commercial temperature range. 7000 "S" family means 5V with JTAG.
