Design Partition Planner crashes (Quartus 10.1, Win7 64bit)

Hello.

I am working in Quartus 10.1.

Recently it began to crush when I am trying to run Partition Planner.

In shows the window "Quartus II Internal Error", then Quartus shuts down.

Reinstalling the Quartus do not help.

Reinstalling (refreshing, installing above the old Windows) also do not help.

I don't remember, when did this problem appeared.

Maybe when I tryed to install 11.x as the second Quartus (then I've removed it).

Can somebody say, what can I do with this problem?

I am trying to find stable Q11.x and move to it, but I have projects in Q10.1.

P.S. All works if I write strings for partitions in the .qsf file. Compilation works good. Only the wizard "Design Partition Planner" do not works.
