Are you asking the right question in this Intel FPGA forum? From what I have checked by a simple online search, this PEF24624 product does not belong under Intel but manufactured by Infineon Technologies. This forum only covers Intel FPGA product, thus Intel agents will not be able to provide the support related non-Intel product.
