DE2_NET; puzzled to interpret the error message

Hello,

I am working with the DE2_NET ( ethernet interface using UDP)

I am using 7.2 ver, when I tried to build the project in NIOS IDE 7.2, it is giving me the error message

"

Error in build:

(Exec error:Launching failed) "

I tried checking the cygwin path; it still has my location of installed NIOS .

Can anyone suggest a way to solve this, please.
