DE2-115 ETH and TCP/IP

Hi alll, very good day, I want to buy DE2-115 for my research requirement, but first I need to check whether this board support TCP/IP protocols or not? Thanks in advance.

How come the board has something to do for the software? The hardware support microprocessor implementation, so it's up to You what You will implement on that processor.

Anyway, short answer to not correct question is YES.
