DDIOREGOUT/REGOUT warning

Hi,

I am getting a warning in (Quartus 6.1 + Stratix II)

Warning: Atom "...." has port DDIOREGOUT that should be connected in DDIO input and bidirectional modes

Any idea what it means?

Altera says it can be ignored for RLDRAMII + Stratix II combo.

How to decide whether my warning is harmless too?
