Next, for your information, Intel ship newer product families (20 nm and beyond) in full RoHS II compliant Pb-free flip-chip packages. RoHS-compliant flip-chip devices are denoted by suffix “G” at the end of the OPN. For details, kindly refer to the following link:

Hi Chia Ling,
Thank you for your response, I had replied to this issue over mail, again mentioning the same here,
When we look into the ordering details mentioned in sheet 20 of Stratix V Device Overview document its not showing up the explanation for suffix ‘G’, please provide document with updated ordering information with explanation of suffix ‘G’.
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/stratix-v/stx5_51001.pdf
Also when searched for RoHS cert link as mentioned below for 5SGXEA7K2F40C2G, it says invalid part number as shown below but gives RoHS cert. for old PN 5SGXEA7K2F40C2N, please provide us the RoHS certificate for suggested replacement parts in the format attached with this mail.

If you can provide us the ordering information with suffix 'G' details and part specific RoHS 2015 certificate it will be helpful.

Hi Vasavi,
Based on the RoHS II Directive published on Feb 5th, 2019, exemption 15 is replaced by exemption 15(a) that allows Pb in solders to complete a viable electrical connection between the semiconductor die and the carrier within integrated circuit Flip Chip packages. The qualification of the Stratix V devices still in progress.
Thank you
