Cyclone V SX Component for Altium Schematic Design

Hi

Currently i'm designing a board using the new Cyclone V with HPS -> the SX version (5CSXFC6D6F31C8NES - same as on the Dev Kit).

To develope the schematic and PCB i need the Cyclone V SX component.

Does anyone have a component (schematic & pcb) for the 5csxfc6d6f31c8nes for use with the altium designer?

Does anyone know where i can get it from?

Altium is currently designing it but can't tell me when it will be online.

    hi,

    I am not a PCB HW designer, but is not possible to import the Allgegro .brd PCB layout file into Altium desginer in order to reach the symbol of the FPGA chip for editing?

    Source of .brd file for Cyclone V SoC board (with 5CSXFC6D6F31C8NES) is available under:

    Kit installation package cycloneVSX_5csxfc6df31es_soc_v13.0.0.1.exe

    (~ 1.4 GB!)

    After installation <altera_install_dir>\13.0sp1\kits\cycloneVSX_5csxfc6df31es_soc\board_design_files\cycloneVSX_5csxfc6df31es_soc\layout\ you can find Allegro .brd source.

    Hi , I'm also interested in that (Cyclone V SE), I trying to findf schematic library for altium, but i couldn't , in fact i've installed ORCAD only to import the de file to Altium,everything is ok for the .brd file, but for the .DSN (schematic) i not possible, altium importer not recognize the file.

    Did anyone do it?

    I need Cyclone 5 SE SoC for Altium designer. I know that in the Altium Vault that library is present but you must have a valid subsciptionto download that file. I have Altium 2004 license and I can't downoload it!!!!!

    Please anyone could download that library? Why Altera doens't get access to that library like Orcad?
