Cyclone V GT serial with PCI express Gen2

Hi all,

I want to use Cyclone V GT serial product for my development in bottom of this year. But I check the data sheet of Cyclone V, there is only Gen2 x2 can be configured. So is it possible to configued Gen2 x4 in one PCIe hard IP? And I checked "Cyclone V Hard IP for PCI Express User Guide", Gen2 PCIe doesn't memtion in Hard IP for PCI Express Features. So I am confused, Can I use Gen2 x4 feature on Cyclone V GT?
