2 years agoAre you using the 48 MHz directly as the clock? What is the clock in this design? If it's too fast, you wouldn't be able to see the LED flashing. Maybe increase your count or use Signal Tap to confirm that the output is toggling in hardware.

Yes 48Mhz we used directly as clock. We have 48Mhz one crystal , another crystal available with 106.25Mhz for Serial Lite, another 64Mhz clock also using. Signal Tap we are not able to get connected .. in this design. After programming we tried to use signal tap but we are not able to see... one doubt is like , in tool FPGA is showing as programmed. So is it really getting programmed ? any hardware configuration we need to change.. please check and suggest...
