The Cyclone V Device Handbook: Volume 1 contains a download link to Cyclone V Differential Pad Placement Rule and Pad Mapping Files, but the link does not work.
Where can we find the file?

RalfGoebelOK, turns out that the link does work with Edge, but not with Firefox for some reason...
