Cyclone V and EPCS controller

I'm trying to assign EPCS controller to a dedicated pins using "DCLK" and "Data[0]" Pin logic option in assignment editor, and it was fine with my previous design with Cyclone IV, but this does not work with Cyclone V device. Which option should be used instead?

    Hmm, yes it appears that the options to use DCLK, etc. as user I/O after config are missing. Will they be supported in the next Quartus version, or was this change by purpose?

    It looks like a bug, hope they'll fix it, meanwhile I'll stay with Cyclone IV.
