Cyclone V and EPCS controller

I'm trying to assign EPCS controller to a dedicated pins using "DCLK" and "Data[0]" Pin logic option in assignment editor, and it was fine with my previous design with Cyclone IV, but this does not...

Hmm, yes it appears that the options to use DCLK, etc. as user I/O after config are missing. Will they be supported in the next Quartus version, or was this change by purpose?
