LVDS_CLK1_in        PIN_E7
LVDS_CLK1_in(n)     PIN_E6
#  Transceiver input
LVDS_DATA0_in      PIN_J2
LVDS_DATA0_in(n)   PIN_J1
#  Transceiver input
LVDS_DATA1_in      PIN_E2
LVDS_DATA1_in(n)   PIN_E1
Ok, so these are all inputs.

Ok, for inputs Quartus is not complaining.
