I was given a link from Altera as below where it is mentioned two separate tables for Rev A/B & Rev C USB blaster cables...But which parameter from the table will distinguish between Rev A/B & Rev C USB cables which will address non compliance to VCC(TRGT)=3.3V. http://www.altera.com/literature/ug/ug_usb_blstr.pdf?gsa_pos=3&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=usb-blaster (Chapter 2-5) Please respond.
