Hello, I would like to use Cyclone IV version E and in quartus 9.1, I can just use the GX VERSION !!!! Is this normal ??? Thank you, Jean

Honored Contributori would say this is expected based on the Quartus II supported devices document. it only specifies support for CIVGX at this time:
