How speed grade will be Cyclone III on Dev. Kit? Now it's available buy online only 8 speed grade. When EP3C25 faster will be available?

Honored ContributorTo my knowledge there is no plan to put a faster device on there. The faster devices will be available, if they aren't already, very soon. But not on this kit. Since the 3C25 devices right now are ES parts, the -7 and -6 parts probably won't roll out until the 3C25 is production status.
