CYCLONE III PS configuration problem

Hi all,

I'm a little bit stuck with my design. I use a cyclone III device (EP3C10F256).

The nstatus and conf_done signals are stuck to 0V. I put correct pull-up on conf_done and nstatus (10k).

I check my schematic and I found that I power VCCA with 1.2V, and I drive ps signal with a 3.3V microcontroller. After a hardware correction to power VCCA with 2.5V supply (solution from a previous post), the fpga still doesn't want to be configured (nstatus stuck to 0V like Conf_done).

Does my FPGA destroyed ?

Any clue ?
